We have one bedroom available in our beautiful 3 bedroom house beginning September 1st and going until June 1st, xxxx (lease could be renewed at that time). The room is well-sized with 2 windows. The house is located in the heart of Cambridge and is a short walk (5 minutes) from Central Square. It is also walking distance to Kendall Square (10 minutes), Inman Square (10 minutes) and Harvard Square (20 minutes). The apartment is fully furnished which is a great amenity for those traveling light. The place has been recently refinished with a large brick gallery kitchen. It has excellent daylighting and cross-ventilation, a well-sized living room and dining room, a nice covered outdoor porch, a backyard with barbeques and bonfire pit, new washer/dryer in house, and indoor basement for bike storage. The landlord is incredibly nice and attentive.There are two other female roommates (both from MIT). We keep a tidy house and enjoy a relaxed and quiet home environment.
